Studio Empire

An idle game-studio tycoon that runs on its own clock. You start with one puzzle app coded on the laptop in your bedroom, and every minute another month of sales rolls in. Grow into casual studios and a puzzle franchise, AA and AAA campuses, esports teams and arenas, and finally your own publishing label, digital store and cloud platform. Hire studio leads so the money keeps coming while you are away, and trade chip makers, console makers and game-token coins on the side. The industry keeps interrupting: launch-day server crashes, review bombing, crunch, leaked builds, platform fee changes, new console generations and a star streamer who plays your game live. Eight people in Neon Harbor can help or betray you, and investors will pay cash now for a slice of your revenue forever. Reach a billion and the empire is yours.

How to play

Money arrives on its own as months pass, so your job is to decide. Invest in levels of each studio or product with x1, x10 or Max; every tenth, fiftieth and hundredth level multiplies its revenue. Hire a studio lead to lift the no-lead penalty and keep a studio earning while you are away. New branches open as your net worth grows. When an event card appears, each choice shows what it will do, except the gambles marked with a question mark. Golden Keys can warp a whole year forward, rewind your last choice, leak the next market event or bail you out of debt once.

Controls

Everything is a button or a tab. x1 speed is always free; x2 and x3 are ten-minute boosts from a rewarded ad or diamonds. The game pauses while an event, report or ad is on screen.

Privacy and saves

Your studios, cash and progress are stored only in this browser on this device. There is no account and no upload. Optional rewarded ads are served by Google when you choose to watch one.
